Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

Last updated: 15 September 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains what Kastvio collects when you visit our website or use our service, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to kastvio.com and to the subscription service we provide through it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. Your email address, and any details you include when you contact us or request a free trial. If you buy a subscription, our payment processor collects your billing details; we receive confirmation of the transaction, not your full card number.

Information collected automatically. IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, pages visited, and timestamps. Our servers log connection activity so we can detect faults and credential sharing.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and measure traffic through analytics. You can refuse non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.

3. Why we use it

To provide and maintain the service and deliver your credentials; to take payment and keep records of it; to answer your questions and provide support; to detect abuse, fraud and account sharing; to understand how the site is used so we can improve it; and to meet legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only with service providers who need it to do their job for us — payment processors, hosting and email providers, analytics tools — and only to the extent needed. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.

5. Storage, transfers and retention

Our infrastructure and service providers are located in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in. Where that happens we rely on providers who apply appropriate safeguards.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Account and transaction records are typically retained for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes after an account closes; server logs are kept for a much shorter period.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable providers to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do take it seriously, and we will tell you if a breach affects your information and the law requires notice.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights — for example, residents of some U.S. states have the right to know what is collected, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Send any request through our contact form and we will verify and respond.

8. Children

Kastvio is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Other sites

Our site links to third-party websites and player applications that we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own; we suggest reading their policies before sharing anything with them.

10. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the last revision. Material changes will be made clear on the site.

11. Contact
